Shipping & Returns
All Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, and free of any damages (makeup, smoke, pet hair, etc.). Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Final sale items include jewelry, accessories, adhesive bras, sale/clearance items ending in .99, and items purchased with a discount code of 31% or more.
You will receive a REFUND if your eligible return is postmarked within 14 days from the date of purchase.
You will receive an ONLINE CREDIT if your eligible return is postmarked 15 - 30 days from the date of purchase.
All orders will be shipped via USPS first class or priority mail depending on the weight of your order. Please allow 1 business day for order processing and 2-7 business days for package delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. At this time we do not offer rush shipping (next day, two day, etc.).
Customers who wish to pick up their order in-store at our Pasadena, TX location may do so by selecting "in-store pickup". Please allow 1 - 2 business days for order processing. If you select in-store pickup you will receive an order update when we ship your order to the store and then another order update once your order is available for pick up at the store.
